CREAM CHEESE WITH WALNUTS AND
RAISINS
 
1 (12 oz.) tub light cream cheese
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. sugar

In food processor, cream sugar into cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, raisins and mix. Add walnuts, just blend. Serve with sweet cracker.
