POPPY SEED BREAD OR MUFFINS | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding 1 c. hot water 4 eggs 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. poppy seeds (I use 1/4 c.) Put all in electric mixer and beat 4 minutes. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. For muffins, bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until done when tested with toothpicks. |
