MOMMA'S EASY TACO SALAD 
This recipe usually only takes me 25 minutes to make. Great for church or work lunches!

2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 (15 oz.) can "ranch style" beans with chopped onions
1 (4 oz.) can sliced black olives
2 heads lettuce, chopped
4 tomatoes, diced
4 cups shredded "4 blend" Mexican cheese
2 bags nacho cheese tortilla chips (your favorite)
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 cup salsa

Brown ground beef and drain off grease. Add "ranch style" beans with onions to beef and simmer.

In a large salad bowl add lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and cheese. Mix up and then crush 1 bag of tortilla chips and add to the salad and mix again.

Add meat and bean mix to salad bowl and mix with a large spoon.

Serve with tortilla chips and you can top with dairy sour cream and salsa to your taste. Enjoy!

Serves 8, with seconds for each.
