Greatfor the hot days and parties. Easy and makes a lot! 1 (10 oz.) bag tortilla chips, crushed up (Tostitos, Santitas, etc.) 2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained 1/2 head of lettuce 2 tomatoes, diced (optional) 1 (24 oz.) bottle Italian dressing Crush up chips and add to large mixing bowl. Drain kidney beans and add. Chop and add lettuce. Add tomatoes (if using). Add your favorite Italian dressing. Mix well. Serve. Submitted by: Ashleigh |
