QUICK AND EASY PORK LOIN! 
1 pork loin
1 (15 oz.) can cranberry sauce

Place roast on a piece of aluminum foil in shallow roasting pan. Slice cranberry sauce to desired thickness. Place the cranberry slices on all sides of roast.

Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 375°F for approximately 1 hour (until internal temperature reaches 165°F) depending on size of the roast.

Serve with your favorite sides! Dinner is done.
