NEVER FAIL FUDGE 
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1/2 c cocoa
1 stick butter
1/4 c chopped nuts
1 large can evaporated milk

In a 10 x 8 inch dish, mix sugar and cocoa, drop butter in, pour in milk. Microwave 2 to 3 minutes on high stir lightly. Stir in nuts, add vanilla, stir. Evenly spread fudge in dish. Refrigerate 1 hour. Cut into squares. Can add in 1/2 c peanut butter.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
