NEVER FAIL MICROWAVE FUDGE 
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, cocoa, milk and vanilla; place in 2 quart dish. Put stick of butter on top of mixture. Microwave until butter melts, take out of oven and stir - the mixture will be real thin.

If you want peanut butter fudge - leave out cocoa and add 1/2 cup peanut butter. After mixture comes out of microwave, I add 2 big tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter and stir. Grease an average size casserole pan - pour in fudge. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour or freezer for 1/2 hour.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
