NEVER-FAIL FUDGE (MICROWAVE) 
1 lb. sifted confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter, cut into 4-5 pieces
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Combine sugar and cocoa in microwave-safe bowl. Drop in pieces of butter. Pour milk over all. Microwave on High 2-3 minutes or until bubbly. Thoroughly stir with wire whisk. Add vanilla and nuts. Spread fudge evenly in buttered 8 x 8 inch glass pan and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour. Yield: 36 pieces.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
