EASY MICROWAVE FUDGE
1 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
Nuts (optional)

Dump all ingredients into a bowl without stirring and cover with wax paper. Heat in microwave for 2 minutes. Take out and stir well. Blend with beaters for 3 minutes. Put in buttered pan and refrigerate until hard. (This is a great recipe if you have had trouble making fudge in the past.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

I just finished making this Easy Microwave fudge recipe. It is absolutely the best fudge I have ever tasted. I cannot believe that anything that is so simple to make could be so delicious. I am going to make more of it tomorrow and will fill pretty Christmas tins with it and give it to my guests over the holidays. Thank you for this awesome recipe and I encourage anyone who wants to make a hit with their friends to go ahead and make it. Be ready to give them the recipe because I guarantee you they will ask for it. Thank you again.

I always have trouble making fudge, because it often does not harden, no matter how I try... So I was a bit skeptical making this recipe and it came perfect!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

If I could've gotten all the little clumps out of the batter it would have been great but I guess I did something wrong. Still tasted good. I just put it in fridge. Thanks for the recipe.
