MICROWAVE FUDGE 
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Line an 8 x 8 inch glass baking dish with waxed paper. Blend sugar and cocoa in a 2 quart mixing bowl and add milk and butter. Cook on high for 1 minute 45 seconds. Remove bowl from microwave and beat until smooth. Add vanilla and chopped nuts. Stir until blended. Pour fudge into paper lined 8 x 8 inch dish. Refrigerate until firm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
