MICROWAVE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
1 2/3 c. sugar 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1/4 c. butter 2 c. miniature marshmallows 1 c. chunky peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1. Combine sugar, evaporated milk and butter in 3 quart casserole. Cook on full power for 10 to 13 minutes, or until soft ball stage is reached. Stir mixture 3 times during cooking time. 2. Beat in marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla with wire whip until smooth and creamy. Pour into greased 8x8x2 inch dish. |
