MICROWAVE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
1 2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chunky peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

1. Combine sugar, evaporated milk and butter in 3 quart casserole. Cook on full power for 10 to 13 minutes, or until soft ball stage is reached. Stir mixture 3 times during cooking time.

2. Beat in marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla with wire whip until smooth and creamy. Pour into greased 8x8x2 inch dish.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

I put nuts in mine. I also used a 7 oz. container of marshmallow creme, instead of miniature Marshmellows. I also used a slightly bigger dish, so the fudge wasn't so thick.
