OVEN - EASY CHICKEN 
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up
Seasoned flour
1/4 c. butter

Start heating oven to 425 degrees. Coat chicken with seasoned flour. In shallow open pan in oven, melt butter. Remove pan from oven; in it, arrange chicken in single layer, skin side down. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes; turn; bake 15 minutes or until brown and fork-tender. Serve with cream gravy, if desired. Makes 3 or 4 servings.
