ZUCCHINI BAKE 
3 c. shredded zucchini
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients. Place in 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
