3 c. grated zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Garlic powder to your taste
Salt & pepper to your taste

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in greased pan, 325 degrees, until nicely browned (about 45 minutes).
