5 c. zucchini, grated
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 sm. Mozzarella ball, grated
2 c. Bisquick

Mix together, put in greased baking dish, 9"x13", sprinkle with paprika. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
