3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. grated onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
