3 c. zucchini, sliced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. Romano cheese
5 slices American cheese

Mix together. Grease baking dish (1 1/2 quart Pyrex). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm.
