ZUCCHINI BAKE 
4 c. cubed zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 garlic clove, chopped fine
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 can (sm.) sliced mushrooms (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter an 8x8 inch pan.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon into the prepared pan.

Bake 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Makes 8 servings.
