ZUCCHINI BAKE 
1 can Campbell's creamy chicken mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
2 1/2 c. cooked zucchini
1 pkg. mixed vegetable
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 c. melted butter

In 2 quart shallow baking dish. Combine all ingredients except stuffing mix and butter. Toss stuffing mix with butter and spoon over vegetable mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot. Makes 6 cups.
