SPAGHETTI SQUASH 
1 spaghetti squash
Water
Sauce

Place whole spaghetti squash in a pan and cover it with water. Boil until it can be easily pierced with a fork. Drain. Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds and fiber. With a spoon draw down lengthwise and separate the "spaghetti" from the skin. Discard the skin and serve with desired sauce.
