SPAGHETTI SQUASH 
1 vegetable squash
Spaghetti sauce
Parmesan cheese

Rinse squash and prick all over with fork. Place in large pan of boiling water. (Squash will float.) Simmer 30-45 minutes until fork tender. Drain. Cut in half and scoop out seeds. Remove spaghetti-like strands with a fork. Serve with favorite sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
