COCONUT MACAROONS SHELL OF
COOKIES
 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour

Mix well, pat up onto sides of baking pan making a shell for remaining ingredients. Cook 15 minutes at 325 degrees.

PART II:

1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 can coconut
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Beat eggs well and vanilla extract and add remaining ingredients. Cook for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool and cut into squares.
