COCONUT MACAROONS 
1 (14 oz.) pkg. coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Combine all ingredients. Spoon onto well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until coconut turns brown. Let cool for about three minutes. Promptly remove cookies with butter knife. Yield: 3 dozen.
