COCONUT MACAROONS 
2 c. moist coconut, shredded
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine coconut and milk, add vanillas and mix well. Drop from teaspoon, 1 inch apart, onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until delicately browned. Remove from cookie sheet at once. Makes 2 dozen.
