BRAUNSCHWEIGER 
1 c. braunschweiger
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
Salt
2 tbsp. pickle relish
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Pepper
3 oz. cream cheese

Blend all ingredients except cream cheese and shape into a ball. Chill. Ice with softened cream cheese, thinned with enough cream to spread. Garnish with chopped parsley or sliced olives. Serve with rye party slices or crackers.
