BRAUNSCHWEIGER SNOWBALL 
1 lb. braunschweiger
1/2 c. chili sauce
2 tsp. horseradish

Blend above ingredients together thoroughly. Mold the above meat mixture into a ball. Mash together 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese at room temperature. Add just enough mayo to make it spread easily. Spread cream cheese over meatball mixture as icing. Garnish with sliced stuff olives and pimiento. Serve with crackers.
