BRAUNSCHWEIGER LOAF 
1 lb. braunschweiger
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Garlic salt to taste
Small amount of dill pickle relish
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Milk
Onion salt

Mix first 6 ingredients thoroughly. Form into a loaf. Dilute cream cheese with milk to the consistency of icing and season with onion salt. Spread on loaf. Serve with crackers.
