1 egg
1 c. rye bread crumbs
1/4 c. Russian dressing
1/4 c. pickle relish
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 c. onion
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut
3/4 c. Swiss cheese

Combine first 9 ingredients and pat on wax paper to 8 x 12 inch size. Top with kraut and cheese. Roll up as jelly roll removing wax paper as you go. Place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Top with a little more cheese last few minutes of baking.
