SOUR CREAM MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. rolled oats, uncooked
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg

Heat oven to moderate (350 degrees). Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Pack firmly into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with additional sour cream if desired.

Note: Sour cream can be heated in the top of a double boiler over hot water (not boiling), stirring frequently.
