SOUR CREAM SALMON LOAF | |
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can salmon 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream 1/2 c. melted butter 1 beaten egg 2 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes Drain off half of liquid in can of salmon. Combine all ingredients and place in a loaf pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. If firmer texture is desired, use less butter and add 1 more egg. |
