CREAM CHEESE BLINTZES 
1 loaf thin white bread
1 lb. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
2 1/2 sticks butter, melted
Sugar & cinnamon mixture
2 egg yolks
Sour cream (for dip)

Remove crusts from bread and roll bread with rolling pin to flatten. Mix cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks with hand mixer. Coat 1 side of bread with mixture, roll up and dip in melted butter. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon mixture on each roll. Chill. Cut into small pieces and put on cookie sheet. Heat in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Serve with sour cream as a dip.
