DEBBIE'S BLINTZ SOUFFLE 
3 tsp. butter
1 pt. sour cream
6 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
12 frozen blintzes (Golden) - blueberry or cheese or both

Beat eggs. Mix sugar, sour cream and eggs together. Arrange frozen blintzes in rows in large souffle pan or casserole dish. Pour sugar, sour cream and egg mixture over blintzes. Melt butter and pour over top of mixture. Refrigerate for 1 hour then cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered.
