ELAYNE'S BLINTZES SOUFFLE | |
2 pkg. frozen cheese and/or blueberry blintzes butter 1 1/2 c. sour cream 5 eggs 2/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese Grease baking dish with butter. Spread butter on top and bottom of blintzes. Lay flat in pan. Mix sour cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla and cream cheese. Pour over blintzes. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Wishes for a healthy and happy New Year! |
