BLINTZ SOUFFLE 
12 blintzes (frozen)
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. sour cream
4 eggs
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all of the ingredients. Place blintzes in a single layer in a pan. Pour mixture over the blintzes. (Blintzes may all have the same filling or use two or three varieties). Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
