BLINTZ SOUFFLE 
1/4 c. butter
16 frozen cheese blintzes
6 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 pt. sour cream

Melt butter in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Lay frozen blintzes in bottom of pan. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over blintzes. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 10.
