BLINTZ SOUFFLE 
1 box frozen blintzes (cheese, cherry, apple, etc.)
1 1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. orange juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sour cream, vanilla, and sugar. Add eggs and orange juice to mixture. Mix until smooth and blended. Put blintzes on bottom of a square baking dish. Pour mixture over. Bake on hour (or until puffed and golden).

Note: For a less sweet dish, use only 1/4 cup sugar.
