BLINTZ SOUFFLE 
1 pkg. frozen cheese blintz
1 pkg. frozen fruit blintz (cherry, blueberry, etc.)
12 oz. sour cream
4 eggs
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Place butter on bottom of casserole. Place blintz alternating cheese and fruit. Mix all other ingredients and pour over blintz. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or longer until golden brown. Delicious hot as main dish - equally as delicious cold as dessert.
