1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. pickle relish
1 c. rye bread crumbs
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. Russian dressing
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all together, flatten out on wax paper into rectangle 1/2" thick. 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Spread over meat and then roll up like a jelly roll. Seal edges and place seam down in 9"x13" pan. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.

OPTIONAL: Sprinkle 1/3 cup cheese on top and return to oven until cheese melts.
