CREOLE MEATLOAF 
1-1 1/2 lb. ground beef or Heartlines meatless meat, ground beef style
(3/4 c. water or pickle juice)
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. chili sauce
1 can water chestnuts, chopped

Use the water or better yet leftover pickle juice only if using Heartlines. Mix all together and put into a loaf pan keeping it away from the sides. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour for beef about 45 minutes for Heartline. Note: You can get Heartline in a health food store.
