SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
1 lg. can sweet potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. to 1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. size marshmallows

Mix all together, until creamy, put marshmallows on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
