SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 stick butter
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients with electric beater; pour into greased dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Add topping and continue baking for 10 more minutes.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. crushed corn flakes or oatmeal
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix together.
