YAMS SOUFFLE 
2 c. cooked yams
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 stick butter

TOPPING:

3/4 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix souffle ingredients together. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over souffle. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
