GRANDMA'S SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
2 med. to lg. sweet potatoes (grated raw)
2 c. sugar
1 #2 can crushed pineapple
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
3/4 c. butter (melted)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
Miniature marshmallows (to top)

Mix all together, except marshmallows. Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Add marshmallows last 5 minutes.
