GRATED SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
4 med. sweet potatoes (shredded raw in milk)
2 c. sugar
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
2 c. raisins (or less)
3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sweet milk
May add chopped nuts

After mixing above ingredients well, pour into buttered casserole dish and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir once or twice during cooking.
