SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
1 #2 can crushed pineapple
2 uncooked sweet potatoes, grated
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
3/8 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Marshmallows

Drain pineapple, combine pineapple and remaining ingredients except marshmallows. Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Top with marshmallows. Bake for 10 minutes longer.
