ALMOND CROWN PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 can (6 1/4 oz.) Solo almond filling
1/2 c. whole blanched almonds
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs and brown sugar together until thoroughly blended and foamy. Beat in corn syrup, vanilla and almond filling. Form a crown inside pie shell by placing whole almonds on their sides around the edge. Carefully pour filling mixture into shell. Sprinkle with slivered almonds.
