BLUEBERRY BUCKLE COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. blueberries
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
1 egg

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 9" round pan. Blend all ingredients except blueberries and beat vigorously 1/2 minute. Fold in the blueberries and spread in pan. Make topping and sprinkle over batter.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. soft butter

Crumb together. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
