BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. blueberry muffin mix with real blueberries
2 tbsp. oil
1 egg
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Strain blueberries; drain. Set aside.

Pour oil into 8" or 9" pan. Tilt to cover bottom. Put in muffin mix, egg, water into pan. Stir with fork, about 1 minute. Sprinkle on drained blueberries, brown sugar and cinnamon over batter, spread a little for marble effect. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Serve directly from pan.
