BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 c. milk
1 c. blueberries
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 to 2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine first 7 ingredients and pour 1/2 batter into 8 x 8 x 2 inch greased pan. Sprinkle with blueberries and top with remaining batter. Bake approximately 45 minutes at 350 degrees, cool. If desired, combine last 3 ingredients and drizzle over cake.
