CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 lb. butter
3 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3 tbsp. vanilla

Combine sugar and milk in saucepan. Cook at a rapid boil for 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butter, chocolate chips and vanilla. Beat until well mixed. Pour into greased pan. Allow to cool for 6 hours before cutting. 5 pounds.
